Erin M. Lett has been involved in the SAP arena since early 2010, where she originally began her SAP writing career as an Instructional Designer and Subject Matter Expert editor; creating SAP e-Learning training content and material. She has since moved up and evolved, to become the Operations Manager at Blackvard Management Consulting, as well as a project lead for numerous SAP implementations and training assignments. Erin is also a published author, copywriter, and blogger for her two non-profit organizations, I Am Somebody & Whisker Café.
